At JM ELEVATE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

International Fulfillment & Return Processing

JM Elevate works with international fulfillment partners in order to serve customers globally.

Depending on the product ordered, return processing locations may vary and may differ from the customer’s country of residence.

Specific return instructions, including the appropriate return processing address for each order, are provided by our support team once a return request has been reviewed and approved.
